Principally these General Conditions of Export apply to all deliveries, services and offers of Christoph Burckhardt AG, Basel, Switzerland provided that they have not been modified or excluded expressly and in writing.
All deviating conditions are rejected and shall not form part of any contract, even if the Seller does not declare his rejection expressly and in writing.
